Supporting African Youth Entrepreneurs to Accelerate Just Transition to Clean Energy and Climate-Resilient Businesses

The study is being conducted in collaboration with the School of Economics, University of Dar es Salaam and is being funded by the International Development Research Centre (IDRC). The study aims to develop climate-smart energy solutions for Youth-led Small and Medium Enterprises (YSMEs) through a partnership with policy makers, the private sector, civil society, development partners, and other stakeholders with interest in a just transition to a low-carbon economy. The study is being led by researchers from PADRI and is being conducted in Uganda and Tanzania.
