Leilah is a young professional researcher holding bachelors Degree in Journalism and mass communication from Ndejje University, she has been a research fellow in policy analysis and development research institute(PADRI) since 2015 to date, through some good years of Experience in research and project coordination, she has gained solid experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies .
She has participated in different Research projects like: : Keeping Children in Healthy and Protective Families (KCPHF Project), November 2017-date, commissioned by USAID in Partnership with a consortium of organizations led by Catholic Relief Services (CRS), sturdy on national house hold Disability survey under Development pathways, (MGLSD) in September – November 2019,she was also engaged in Economic Evaluation of the Home and community-based combined treatment of Malaria and Pneumonia among children age 49 months and below in Uganda, funded by, School of Public Health, Makerere University, March 2012 –Jan2013.YEMESA and Cost of Living ,,she has a growing management skill which has contributed to the success of projects that PADRI is engaged in.in addition she is good at coordination, communication skill and net working .
Jeremy is one of our young researchers who’s currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Business Administration with focus on Finance and Data Analytics from Makerere University. Through some good years of experience in research and project coordination, He has gained solid experience both in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies with growing project management skills which has contributed towards the success of the very many projects that PADRI has successfully accomplished with a strict adherence to quality control and assurance. Additionally, he has gained the ability to integrate superior organization and communication skills across all levels, allowing him to excel in both independent and team-oriented environments.
Anitah is aYoung Professional Researcher at PADRI. She is pursuing a Master’s degree in Economics with a bias in Policy and Planning from Makerere University and holds an undergraduate degree in Development Economics. She has a wealth of experience in collection of both Qualitative and Quantitative data.
Her areas of interest are Socio-development, Health and Environment research. She has participated in different Research projects like YEMESA and Cost of Living with Disability Survey. Anitah has experience working in remote areas across the country. In addition, she is excellent at Administration, coordination and Networking.

Julius has a Masters of Science in Population and Reproductive Health from the College of Business and Management Science at Makerere University.
He has experience in both qualitative and quantitative research, written papers on contraceptive discontinuation and published in scientific international journals.
He worked on a number of studies, as a Team Leader Research Assistant, a researcher, and a co-principal investigator. He has also presented orally at at international conferences like UAPS http://uaps2019.popconf.org/sessions/301 and The Population Association of America in Washington DC #PAA2020.
As a Qualitative Researcher, Julius seeks an in-depth understanding of social phenomena within their natural setting. He focuses on the “why” and seeks to find reasons of social phenomena which rely on the direct experiences of human beings in their every day lives.
He is also well grounded in all the four areas of qualitative research designs: 1) phenomenology, 2) ethnography, 3) grounded theory, 4) case study
